Unique Technology

This mode has some capability that is unusual. The cost will vary, based on the following guidelines.
Each of these criteria cost one Point:
Ability will be frequently useful.
Ability is versatile.
Ability is powerful.
Ability affects others.
Ability does not cost an EC

The duration of these abilities is one hour or, if under stress, one phase.

If the unique technology requires another Quality, and will not work otherwise, reduce the cost by one point.
If the unique technology requires some valuable (or rare) resource that is expended when used, reduce the cost by one point.

Examples:
Short-range Teleportation (frequent, powerful, requires Exospace Affinity) - 1pt.
Holomatter Projection (versatile, affects others) - 2pts.
Invisibility (frequent, powerful, affects others) -3pts.
