Priority
Player characters are made by assigning each category: Spark, Mode, Experience, and Hardware, a letter priority; one each of A, B, C, D.
Priorities A+ and E also exist, and are used in some circumstances.
This table shows the points in each category based on priority.

Note that Hardware Complications can reduce the cost of a single Hardware Quality to zero, allowing characters with Hardware Priorities of D to have a piece of Hardware.
