Dynamic Altmodes have the Inefficient Complication but receive no points for it.

A character cannot have Dynotron and Multi-changer, or be any type of Combiner.

Reconfiguring the Altmode costs one EC and takes two actions (scan, then reconfigure).
It takes roughly a day to get used to a new configuration, until then all actions involving Mode Stats have a -2 penalty.
